Return & Refund Policy – DIY Automations

At DIY Automations, we deal in industrial automation components. Due to the technical and customized nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy, except in limited cases mentioned below.

❌ No Returns / No Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Compatibility or application issues

Custom-cut, customized, or special-order items

Electrical, mechanical, or electronic items once used, installed, or tested

✅ Replacement Only (Limited Cases)

Replacement will be provided only if:

A wrong item was shipped by us, or

The product was damaged during shipping

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos

Original packaging intact

⚠ Important Notes

No cash refunds will be issued

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Returned items must be unused and unaltered
